All Roads Go Back To Running
My greatest teacher … The Run. Some of the most valuable lessons learned were courtesy of sweat and effort and exhaustion, thinking and rethinking through and then executed, some times with a win, some times with a loss, all times with a new and improved frame of reference. Ease should not be the defining factor when choosing a path. Turns out the road less traveled really does have its advantages and there are some pretty big ones not the least of which is empirical knowledge. The difference between existing and living is participation. Theory is only valid through practice, through trial and error.
Mistakes are not the enemy. Hard is not the problem. Open your eyes … They Are The Path.
