Swiftly Fly The Years
A universal truth … no matter what you do or don’t do, what happens to you, or how you feel … Life Goes On. Movement is constantly occurring. There is no stopping life for a commercial break/intermission. You’re evolving through your stillness as well as your actions. Through every experience there’s learning; that’s really it. Activated by awareness, learning turns into growth through acceptance, sealing the deal with acknowledgment.
Graduation is one of those times that puts me into a contemplative mode. Taking a myriad of pictures is my attempt to capture the moment where time seems to have stopped and I can almost convince myself that it has. But it’s not a screenshot; it’s a film playing out with new and emerging themes and plot lines. What mark are you going to make? Be gentle with your judgment of yourself because no matter productive or stuck, blissful or sorrowful, triumph or tragedy, in each of these scenarios the sun comes up the next day full of infinite possibilities. The diploma doesn’t end the quest and moving the tassel to the left just marks the continuation of the journey.
