I like tacos, as good as any other place for lunch, really the focus of any lunch date is the conversation, so sure. Ok, Okay … O … K … I have NEVER, in my taco-loving life, tasted anything like Ladybird. Maybe it’s the house-made tortillas, maybe the flavor – not seasoning – the flavor. Maybe it’s the accompanying sauces, Salsa Roja, Roasted Tomatillo & Patron, all made in-house and definitely should not be overlooked as just a condiment; it’s the taco crown. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast. You heard me … A taco place with a breakfast that rivals any cafe. The coffee superb, the breakfast tacos as unbelievable as the lunch ones and served all day. They even bring in Last Call pastries each morning fresh but when they’re gone, they’re gone so get there early. Now that I’ve raised your breakfast/lunch hopes, plan on meeting and then exceeding that expectation. Eat in, outdoor on the patio, or take-home.
