New Year … New Outlook

You Are What You Eat. This phrase is like a passive/aggressive bully. It doesn’t come lunging at you with immediate deep threats or cursing at you triggering a knee-jerk angry reaction. No, this is meant to send you to your corner to sit and think about what you’ve done. I don’t like it. However looking at this phrase as a tool of information, of learning rather than a snide remark has piqued my interest. Aim high but don’t wait on the outcome to feel your reward. It’s here. It’s now … in the steps and misteps. Reaching a goal is great but so are all the stops along the way. Celebrate all your experiences and realize their value …
