A moment of clarity … It can be fleeting, but hold on to that, expand on it. Assumptions tend to direct a great deal of our thoughts. We’ve had experiences, that’s good. We’ve learned, that’s great. But you’re not done. That’s not how learning works. Learning leads to a new awareness, a renewed curiosity. Dusting off your hands, barricading yourself in a bunker with no windows and closing the door to new revelations may seem like the easy, even wise move, but is it really? Choose focus. Take a look at the other side of that coin. Step out of the self-imposed tunnel. It’s not protecting you; it’s oppressing you. There’s always more. There’s always new. There’s always growth.
