Little Darlin‘
Out on the trails at the break of dawn, Running has taken on a whole new utility for me. Morning sun, morning air, morning beauty everywhere. I used to get up early when I was training for marathons but attention was instead focused on pace and distance. In both scenarios, however, the inhale and exhale, the rhythm, literally breathing in strength/breathing out stress is a naturally occurring benefit. So many lessons learned over the years from one of my greatest teachers, The Run. Capability being one of the most valuable, it seeped into every crevice of my life encouraging Growth through Awareness.
Truth be told, I walk more than I run these days. Views have replaced mileage goals. And there are always views, Little Darlin’, just take a moment to look up … Here Comes The Sun 🙂
