Holy Air … Holy Light
There really is something about nature that feeds your senses, your cells even. It’s been scientifically proven with data above my pay grade. Whether on a snowy mountaintop, in a dense forest or standing with your toes in sand, there is beauty all around. Energy flows like an electric charge. With each deep breath in and deep breath out resides respect for the power that surrounds you. Not exactly life-changing in that instant but maybe life-altering a bit. And a bit is all you need. Simple but clear, focus goes from consumption to connection. The juxtaposition of the smallness of your presence against the greatness of the expanse before you reveals a form of sacredness.
