Trinity Trail: Ft. Worth, TX

Not exactly the whole of Ft. Worth on my particular run, but Trinity Trail covers 40+ miles of interesting views giving generously of my favorite aspect of The Run … Choices, Choices & more Choices. Taking a break from helping Precious Darling on her move, a breath of fresh air combined with bridges, water, magnificent trees and wall art was energizing. Seems everyone I passed by felt the same way … a spring in their step, a smile on their face, the positive vibes were almost boomeranging from person to person. The Run is so much more than physical. It’s mental therapy. It’s spiritual celebration. Every aspect of existing receives acknowledgment. A minimum 30 minutes gave maximum rejuvenation. A stellar investment return and a safe one where there is no bull/bear market.

Happens every time 🙂

Reminds me of where I walked Josh and Sass in Houston. Kind of miss Texas some. Looks like fun.
