In silence we breathe. In silence we think. In silence we are still … present … receiving. You don’t have to try to think deep thoughts. That’s a manipulated process, an assumption that value lies in the cleverness of your words. Value lies in what’s real, in what’s authentic, in truth. Where can you find that? With so many bits and pieces of data flooding our mind, being imported from all kinds of sources, sources we have learned to trust because they are the experts, it seems wise and responsible to listen to them. Yes! listen. But never give away your role … to process, to question, to think before you decide what to accept.
Created with Free Will, it’s surprising that we gravitate towards dependence in the name of security. Don’t confuse peace of mind with complacency, accepting whatever is the dialogue of the day. Shhhhh!!! It’s not a radical stand to step out of the swirling waves of groupthink into a place of silence and claim the sovereignty of your soul.
Fortify all the hours of doing, reading, learning by adding in moments of silence. Just a small amount activates all that information. It’s the secret ingredient that produces meaning.
